ArtOne Customer Meeting 2024 was one of our most exciting events

From ArtOne customer meeting was a real milestone: the company welcomed its partners with a new name and a fresh image.

The challenge? The location was a completely empty office floor with no electricity or infrastructure.

The client had designed the office building, so he gave himself up, but we were not prepared at first to deal with so many things.

The solution? We provided all the details from power supply to equipment and technology to turn the venue into an exclusive event space.

We spent 1 week building the power and lighting, cleaned thousands of square metres with an industrial vacuum cleaner, and then went through it with an industrial floor scrubber.

We have produced a unique commemorative coin. We had a delicious fingerfood dinner, a comedian and very nice lighting.

The evening was elegant, guests enjoyed a unique experience and the host was able to really focus on what matters: building relationships.
