General questions
How is the Hybrid Agency different from the others?
As well as top quality work (feel free to browse the gallery and see for yourself), we value personal service and fair cooperation.
We guarantee you won't get an ad-hoc event whose sole purpose is to put as high a percentage as possible on your subcontractors' rates.
Our aim is to deliver the event you envisioned - based on business and strategy - exactly as you imagined it (if not better).
How long does it take to organise an event?
Unfortunately, there is no precise answer. It depends on the type of event. We have organised press conferences in 1.5 weeks and there have been projects that took just half a year. There is an over-demand in the events market at the moment, so sometimes the availability of venues or services is the biggest constraint.
Do you also do private events?
Basically, we organise corporate events, but contact us and we'll see if we can accommodate you. If not, we'll put you in touch with a partner who'll be happy to do it!
Do you organise events only in Budapest?
Although most of our events are in Budapest, we can organise corporate events anywhere in the country; Debrecen, Szeged, Miskolc, Pécs, Veszprém, Nyíregyháza, Balatonfüred... just a few of the locations we have organised!
Can you arrange a personal meeting?
Yes! In Budapest without any additional charge, elsewhere by arrangement. In any case, we are also advocates of personal meetings. That way it is easy to decide whether the chemistry works or not.
SOS need price, when can you send it?
It is also difficult to send organiser's fees on an exact basis, but it would be irresponsible of us to send subcontractors' fees. For your own sake, we don't guess. We will give you a complete event organisation price as soon as possible, and we will take responsibility for it, but this also requires us to consult with our partners.
Can I call you at the weekend in case of SOS?
We are at your disposal and we hope we can help. If it's not an SOS, you're more likely to reach us on a weekday, but we'll call you back as soon as we can if we can't pick up the phone at the time.

How do you give a quote?
After a thorough, multi-round assessment of your project, we will put together a precise proposal, which we will then keep set in stone. Of course, we may suggest changes, but our “fixed price” guarantee ensures that your budget stays within budget.
How much do you put on the prices?
That's exactly what we won't do! Enough people are doing it so that we don't go in that direction. You will find our pricing in a separate section and most of your questions will be answered there, and those that are not, we will be happy to answer in writing / verbally at any time.
Who do you work with?
We have several partners for each job, and we recommend them depending on the nature of the event. We know which ones are stronger and what they do best. Of course, we can also make more suggestions.
How can I pay?
You will be able to settle the amount indicated in the quote by credit card transfer. If you have other needs, we will discuss them during the free consultation.
What is the payment schedule?
If we are chosen, a deposit will be paid at the same time as the contract is signed. In most cases, this is followed by the settlement of accounts after the event.
Is it possible to pay in instalments?
Yes, of course. The exact details of this can be clarified during the free initial consultation.
