OECD Hybrid Conference In 2022 we could organise a truly VIP event

From OECD will always be one of our favourites.

It was a very stressful organisation due to the many delegations and the ever-changing demands, but we did it in a way that very few people could!

We spent several days actually living on site with the guests and keeping our hands on every aspect of the event, smoothing over EVERY obstacle.

It wasn't bad to “live” there, as the location is Ensana Hotel was.

Gala dinner before it becomes clear that they want presentation? Never mind, we'll manage!

3 days in advance, they indicate that someone FALSE food allergies are there? We'll get him some food!

Streamelni be and be fixed? No problem!

Why it was Hybrid Conference? Because we had 60-70 guests there, but we also broadcast the event live to an international audience.

They were our illuminated cubes, our professional technique, our safety drivers, own our delegation cars... everything that pleases the eye!

Were there low points? No denying it... but the end result and the happy guests made up for everything!
