Grain Compass team building, which was a real, full day of hardcore coaching

There are light and playful team building programmes. The whole team laughs and has fun together. There are lots of smiles, a good atmosphere and it helps to keep the team together.

Well... this is NO ILYEN was.

It was tough coaching, with some tough tasks and no tears.

It has brought up sore points... which can now start to be worked on.

He showed the new directions to the CEO.

People have opened up and they spoke frankly about the problems.

There were also tasks where each to their own goals that will help him in his daily work and in his days.

A restaurant with a private room + a professional coach = total success.

Would they have been more in the mood just to eat together? Maybe...

But, was it more useful in the life of the company? Now, that is for sure!

And even workers stranded in Ukraine could join in for a bit with a laptop. 🙂
